A/B : Mweelin loop Walk including Benbaun & Benbrack - ~ 10km, Ascent 670m - 5 - 6 hrs (starting from Kylemore Abbey Carpark off the N59 East of Letterfrack)
Easier (Self Guided ) C Walk option: Discover the hidden tracks & trails of the Kylemore Abbey Estate. In the 1000 acre estate there are a number of beautiful woodland, lakeshore, riverside walks & Victorian Walled Gardens, Gothic Church & Abbey. Also the options for refreshments! Ticket purchase necessary, Good Footwear is recommended
Sunday 27th
A/B: Tully Mountain Loop Walk: ~11km, Ascent: 630m 5 - 6 hrs (first third on quiet, small road) Start Derryinver Pier (car pool necessary).
Easier (Self Guided) C walk option: Diamond Hill: 3.5 hrs/7km/510m: A short moderate grade walk over a trail with a short steep climb to a rocky summit. The trail includes paths, boardwalks & paving. Start at car park entrance (Free) on N59 west of Letterfrack. Shorter Version possible or the Park includes several gentle nature trails such as the Ellis Wood.
